Fall is upon us!

Fall is an exciting season in Southern California. Even in Santa Barbara the seasons change, albeit not as dramatically as many parts of the US. Except for the cooler coastal temperatures that sometimes occur in May and/or June, temperatures remain consistent in the 70s throughout the spring, summer and fall.

While the visitor “low season” is typically mid-November through mid-March, the city still comes alive during the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in February. Visitors need not fear the seasons, as Santa Barbara hotels, shops and all attractions are open year-round.

For those people who’ve been captured by the city’s vibrancy and charm, deciding to live there, veteran real estate agent Karen Spechler, who’s been serving all of your real estate needs since 1976, is available to help home buyers and sellers successfully complete transactions without enduring the typical stress of making real estate deals. Consistently earning honors for her work, Karen is a member of the prestigious International President’s Premier Society.

A Santa Barbara native, Karen knows the market intimately. Her expertise transcends the familiar, achieving the expert level. Because of her tireless dedication to helping her clients, Karen enjoys many repeat clients, a sure sign of client trust and loyalty.
